Coobas members are protected by international laws.



Failure to uphold the rights specified in the following international articles will constitute a violation of fundamental freedoms, and any infringement will be subject to legal action under relevant international and domestic laws:


-Universal Declaration of Human Rights [UDHR]: Article 18


-International Covenant on Civil and Political Rights [ICCPR]: Articles 18 and 27


-European Convention on Human Rights (ECHR]: Article 9 and Article 2 of Protocol No. 1


-American Convention on Human Rights (ACHR): Article 12


-African Charter on Human and Peoples' Rights (ACHPR): Article B


-UN Declaration on the Elimination of all Forms of Intolerance and of Discrimination Based on Religion or Belief (1981):

Articles 1-6


-Charter of Fundamental Rights of the European Union: Article 1D


-Cairo Declaration on Human Rights in Islam (OIC): Article 10


-Declaration on the Rights of Persons Belonging to National or Ethnic, Religious and Linguistic Minorities: Article 2



Violations against these rights will be addressed to the fullest extent under international human rights frameworks, ensuring accountability and protection of individual freedoms.  The Coobas Legal team is ready to take legal action in the event of any violation of these laws.
